Mr. George Stepancich is a talented seasoned executive with experience as an entrepreneur, owner, operator, and management consultant. He brings a wealth of expertise with strengths in areas such as Business Development, Strategy Planning, Partner Alliances, Technology, Sales & Marketing, Retail, Distribution, Product Development, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, M&A, Venture Capital Consulting, Advisory Board membership, and Board of Directors.
With an abundance of international experience, Mr. Stepancich has a strong understanding of various markets throughout North America, Europe, China, and Asia. Currently, Mr. Stepancich operates a private management consulting firm, Invisionate, LLC, which he started in 2010 and serves as Managing Director, CEO, and Chairman.
Previously, he ran a Consumer Electronics Company and was the chief architect of vision and strategy for a start-up venture funded by Goldman Sachs. Prior to that Stepancich was Director of Business Development for the Telecom division of Siemens AG that generated $2 billion in sales in the U.S. and $12 billion globally. Mr. Stepancich joined Siemens from NETCOM an Internet Service Provider acquired for $256 million.
He has worked with many companies ranging from small scale start-ups to mid-scale and large-scale multi-billion corporations, offering consulting services across an array of industries including manufacturing, distribution, software development, professional services, consumer technology, mobility, IoT, cloud computing, big-data analytics, and clean-tech.
Mr. Stepancich is responsible for spearheading initiatives that have propelled companies with whom he has worked to achieve 50% annual growth. He was responsible for recommending an investment in a venture backed company that yielded a 10X+ return for investors and a $1.2 billion acquisition by a major corporation.
Mr. Stepancich received a BA degree in Business from Cal State Long Beach and attended courses from faculty and staff associated with Harvard, MIT, Stanford, and Yale. Mr. Stepancich is both a past and present member of the CTA (Consumer Technology Association) which is the organization that produces CES, having sat on the Executive Board of Directors, Board of Industry Leaders, and as a Trustee of the CTA Foundation.
