Previously, he led a consumer electronics company and served as the chief architect of vision and strategy for a Goldman Sachs–funded startup. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Business Development for the Telecom Division of Siemens AG, where he helped drive $2 billion in U.S. sales and $12 billion globally. Prior to Siemens, he was with NETCOM, an Internet service provider acquired for $256 million.
Mr. Stepancich has worked with organizations ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, providing consulting across industries including manufacturing, distribution, software development, professional services, consumer technology, mobility, IoT, cloud computing, big data analytics, and clean tech. His initiatives have consistently delivered measurable impact—driving companies to 50% annual growth and helping investors achieve a 10X+ return on a venture-backed deal that resulted in a $1.2 billion acquisition.
He earned a B.A. in Business from California State University, Long Beach, and has pursued advanced executive education through faculty and staff affiliated with Harvard, MIT, Stanford, and Yale.
Mr. Stepancich has held distinguished leadership positions within the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the producer of CES, serving on the Executive Board of Directors, the Board of Industry Leaders, and as a Trustee of the CTA Foundation.
